Antique Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) Satsuma Kinkozan Vase, Cobalt, Gold

The vase has two panels with elaborately dressed people, beautifully painted. The base is marked with an impressed signature, which I think is a Kinkozan mark, but is hard to see.
