19th Century Japanese Satsuma ormolu Mounted Electrified Oil Lamp

Century Japanese heavily gilded Satsuma vase with hand painted Samurai warriors and court scene with customised English/French mounting in gilt bronze/ormolu (top and bottom) was first fitted as an oil lamp and later adapted to electricity (electrics recently and professionally checked and certified for safe use). Rare example as the background of this vase is light brown instead of the usual cream coloured Satsuma background crazed ceramic. Very fine and detailed painting of the figures with an abundance of gilding.
