Antique 19th Century Japanese Satsuma Plate Charger Fine Hand Painted Gilt Gold Signed. Very fine hand painted and gilt decorated antique Japanese Satsuma plate. Measures 10 1/4 inch diameter.

Signed on back in red. Lovely detail to faces and gowns and setting.

Features a group of young women sitting in a garden terrace with lovely florals and plants surrounding them. Lavish use of enamels and gold. A bit of gilt loss but minimal.
