Antique Japanese Kyo-Satsuma Painted Vase 9.5 Signed Blue Gold Meiji Taisho

This beautiful earthenware vase measures about 9.5" tall x 6"wide. One of the legs was repaired.

Intriguing bottom on the inside. It looks like a barnacles, but I'm not sure why it looks that way.
