Antique large and rare Antique Japanese Satsuma. Wine ewer/pot, Kyoto- ware wine pot. It is made in the shape of a Dragon. Hand molded and painted in light brown colors. The original stopper Has a Foo Dog on top and the Shimazu Mon. We find On the base it has in red Japanese letters that wishes. The owner of this wine ewer " A LARGE SUN AND AN ENDURING SPRING" The ewer is circa 1900, MEIJI period. It measures approximately: 11&1/2 inches, 29 centimeters - tall. This ewer is in good condition, no damages and no repairs.
