Antique Japanese Satsuma Ware Vase with Rakan & Dragon Signed Maruni

Satsuma Ware Vase by Maruni. A small Japanese Satsuma vase with black ground and painted with Rakan. There is also a dragon with raised white enamel and a moulded dragon around the shoulders of the vase in gilt.

The vase is signed to the base for Maruni and it dates to the late Meiji or Taisho period. Some period wear to the gilt and the small white enamel dots.
