Identical Pair Massive Gilt Japanese Floor Vases Elephant Handles Multicolor Meiji Period, I have shown different sides in the pics. Very Rare Find in this Condition. Truly Beautiful vases with one side of vases floral decorated and the other with Japanese Warriers. 56 cms x 25 cms. Total circumference at widest part of each vase 29cm.

Spectacular pair of large Japanese Satsuma porcelain vases with everted, fluted rims and banded necks rising from elongated ovoid bodies. The color is gold gilt and multi coloured. Each is signed on the base.

Wear consistent with age and use. Very Good vintage condition with minor wear and slight crazing, no damage of note. In view of size and delicate nature of these large vases collection only.
