An earthenware jardiniere vase, of globular form. 1868 - 1912, late 19th century. The body with an array of mystical depictions and sea life, including Oni in procession with fish/crustaceans on their heads, tortoise in high-relief and a large coiled Dragon with its head dominating above the upper rim. Attributed to the work of Miyagawa (Makazu) Kozan.
