Antique Miniature Japanese Satsuma Vase, Meiji Period
A fine miniature Japanese Satsuma vase dating from the mid to late 19th century Meiji Period. The vase is beautifully decorated with two panels of figures in polychrome enamels and gold and measures 7cm tall. The base has a two character mark in a red cartouche beneath the Shimazu family creast.

In excellent antique condition, there is fine age-related crazing throughout and just the slightest wear to the gilding. Please see all photos for confirmation of condition.
