Jacksons antique are pleased to offer a fine. Meiji period Japanese earthenware satsuma bottle vase with unusual garlic shaped opening. The vase with stretched globular body, tight tapered neck and garlic mouth opening. The vase decorated extensively in typical satsuma design with multiple seated figures to the body. Down the neck of the vase banded geometric strips separate floral scrolling boarders finished with a band of greek key.
