Gorgeous Little Antique Signed Satsuma Vase with Samurai and Geishas on Cobalt. This little vase has it all - intricately painted, tiny figures down to the tiniest detail. On one side, there are Samurai warriors and on the other, geishas. There is lots of gold paint and very intricate designs on the sides, which also have two "button" extrusions. It is signed on the bottom.

The vase is in excellent condition, with only a tiny bit of gold missing along the geometric design along the bottom, near the base. There is a small hairline along the rough base on the bottom, but it seems it was made in the firing. Vase measures 9.5 cm high (3 3/4") and 5.5 cm (2 1/4") in diameter.
