Japanese Cloisonne Satsuma Totai Shippo Vase Meiji Period. Beautiful piece of cloisonne enamel on Satsuma earthenware. Vase features butterflies and flowers over a blue ground. Enamels are in amazing condition with all wirework intact.

There are a couple small, minor spots of pitting from age. Gold gilded line around rim intact with handpainted enamel butterflies on the inside of the mouth.
