Japanese Satsuma hand painted porcelain vase, Meiji period. A white ground with red gold and blue decoration to the sides depicting figures in traditional kimono holding scrolls. Raised red blue and white enamel decoration to the edges, as well as raised gilt accents. Underside with a Japanese maker's mark.
