Japanese Satsuma hand painted porcelain miniature vase, Meiji period. Hand painted panels of figures lounging in traditional kimono. Raised gilt accents, ornate decoration to the edges. Japanese marks and Shimazu family crest to the underside.
2.125 inches diameter x 3.625 inches tall. Very good condition, moderate gilt loss throughout, crazing throughout.
