Pair Large Satsuma Vases Pottery Signed Immortals Dragons 10.5
A gorgeous pair of Japanese Satsuma vases from 18th century EDO period. 1000 faces motif with golden dragon handles. These vases belonged to a very prominent old Chinese family and have been brought to Washington State from China in 1925 on a boat in a lined wooden box (included) filled with sand. These vases were in that family from the time they were made. These are very rare and special vases especially as a pair and in a large size (10.5" x 7.5").
They are beautifully preserved and magnificent with some crazing. The box also looks great - lined with bright blue material. Please look at photos and ask any questions.
