The vases feature an intricately detailed scene of various philosophers graduating up a mountain top. The vases are an impressive 20" tall, and 8" wide. They are a true reverse pair, mirror images of on another, and painted on all 4 sides. Such true pairs are rarely found, especially in such a massive size. They are made of earthenware, and are apparently unsigned. The vases are in very good condition. One vase has gilt (gold paint) loss to the bottom and top rim. The other is similar, but also has a small chip on the footrim, and a 5 hairline, emanating from the rim. It has been stabilized from the interior, and does not impact the structural integrity of the piece.

It occurred from the normal drying of the earthenware, which sometimes happens in these wares. This quote is for the Continental U. These charges are the buyers responsibility. FREE scheduling, supersized images and templates. Make your listings stand out with FREE Vendio custom templates!
