Satsuma pair of cups and saucers Meiji Period -Superb Quality by KINEIZAN

Magnificent small tea set by the Meiji Artist Kineizan. The cups and saucers are decorated with detailed images of the "Seven Immortal'" and relief decoration of a dragon intertwined.

A lovely example of Kineizans work. Incredible and decorative pair of tea cup and saucers. Dimensions: Cups are 7cm wide (just under 3 inches) and 5cm high. Saucers are 12cm (almost 5 inches) in diameter. There are more quality Satsuma Pieces including a number of "Immortals" decorated items that will be listed shortly and in the coming days.
