STUNNING PAIR OF MEIJI JAPANESE SATSUMA VASES. Really beautiful true mirror pair of Japanese Satsuma vases depicting a samurai in full battle regalia underneath a blossom tree. The colours are very vibrant still.

There is a red signature on both the bases. Width of mouth 5.5cm. Width of foot 5.5cm.

With only slight age related wear to the gilding to be expected with vases of this age the colours are still very vibrant no chips or cracks.
