This is a large vintage vase made from ceramic or pottery. It is marked as Hand Painted Satsuma on the base. The vase has depictions of traditionally dressed women stood under an arch near a little pond.
There are also depictions of fruit in the spaces. I often sell these sorts of items to themed pubs, museums, film prop departments, theatre groups, and for other display uses. In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear.No chips or cracks in the ceramic from what I can see. There is some crazed glazing.
